A summer view of flora on mounded, moist-soil prairie remnant near Town Branch of the West Fork of the White River in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Corps of Engineers has issued a nationwide permit to dredge and fill this wetland to allow construction of three buildings with 36 apartments and 66 parkings spots.
