Land slated for clearing and construction of large-scale development

Michael Lanphere describes how the house he rents on the east side of Town Branch was nearly flooded three nights in 2004. His house is about 100 yards southeast of the 11th Street bridge across the Town Branch. He reported that the flash flood in late April and floods two nights in early July actually caused water to flow around his house and those of other people downstream to the southeast.
